This family wine cellar was founded in 2002 solely for our pleasure. Viticulture is not our employment but a lifelong hobby. Our goal is to produce excellent natural wine varieties and also less known wine varieties. We are making wine from our own grapes. We produce natural wines without sweetening from our own 1 hectare of vineyards. Our best well-known varieties include Riesling and Cabernet. We provide wheelchair access into the cellar and in the summer months you can also enjoy sitting outside.

Description:

Kobylí is an important wine-growing village of South Moravia. We sell our wines under the brand 'Wines of Kobyli' and with 150 hectares of vineyards, we are the largest grower and wine producer in the village. The grapes are the basis for the production of premium quality wines, which is why we focus on quality of winegrowing. There are many excellent vineyards On the sunny slopes along the river Trkmanka. The art of using the favorable soil and climatic conditions in the subregion of Velkopavlovicko for red wines is reflected in the excellent quality of our red wines, which are annually represented in the National Wine Salon of the Czech Republic. We are also very successful with aromatic varieties such as Moravian Muscat, Gewürztraminer and Palava. Our wines regularly win awards at prestigious wine competitions. The Marysa Wine cellar is named after a drama by the Mrštík brothers and is located in the village of Šitbořice between the villages of Divaky (where Mrštík brothers lived) and Těšany (where our story started).
We currently manage 84 hectares of our own vineyards and we process most of the grapes in the Marysa wine cellar.
The aim of our company is to combine traditional manufacturing techniques with modern technologies and knowledge and to produce wines traditional for the Velkopavlovický wine region and original at the same time, with an impression never to be forgotten.

Description:

The tradition of this small family winery dates back to the days of oak presses and strenuous manual labour. In the early 19th century the old man Antonin managed the vineyards in the neighboring village of Bořetice. Out of respect for him, his portrait is on every vignette of our quality wines. At present we own 3 hectares of vineyards and we purchase some varieties from long-term partner wine-growers. Description:

The Stapleton-Springer Winery came into being in 2004. The former US Ambassador Craig Stapleton, lawyer Benjamin Stapleton and winemaker Jaroslav Springer entered into an agreement to create a winery bearing the names of these founding members which was to produce red wine of the highest quality.
The Stapleton-Springer Winery specialises in red wines for long-term laying down. Pinot Noir, which we love, became the family firm's dominant variety.
Our winery operates an organic or BIO regime. In this way we achieve a greater number of antioxidants in the grapes, a better taste and therefore naturally a better quality of wine. We have planted the Čtvrtě, Trkmansko and Terasy vineyards primarily with the Pinot Noir grape (75%). Other varieties are Saint Laurent (10%), Blauer Portugieser (10%) and Chardonnay (5% ). In total the winery operates on 16 hectares of vineyard.

The winery was founded in 1987 and is located in Kurdějov. Our  production is inherited from generation to generation.
