Founded in 2004, the vineyard is 1 ha and still growing.Today, there are about 4000 vines growing there: Rondo, Seyval, Bianca, Johanniter, Aurora, Marechal Foch, Leon Millot, Cabernet Cortis. But the Nowińskis do not stop here: last year they started some new plantings – the 2 ha vineyard is forming in the village of Bączal Górny, on some slopes ideal for vine growing, and moreover, those of lighter soils than the heavy clays of Przysieki. They think very seriously of the wine business, they have already built a winery with a full processing facility and a cellar. The newly established technical facilities provide vinification conditions for about 5 hectares of vineyard and this area size will be pursued as ultimate. In the winery there is a shop, in which they sell their wine, and also a tasting room for 70 people. |

A ground-breaking and a very important moment in the history of the Jana Vineyard was finding some land in Zarzecze near Jasło in 2009, which, due to its location and shape, was ideally suited for the cultivation of the vine. In this beautiful and intensely charming site, the owner founded the largest of his vineyards. Currently, all plantings occupy a total of more than 0.5 ha. This figure – he says – ensures running the vineyard in the best and traditional way, getting rid of any mechanization. Crafts and eco-friendly way of growing and vinification is the motto of the organic vineyard, one which the Jana Vineyard professes. The red varieties grown here are: Rondo, Cabernet Cortis, Cabernet Dorsa, Leon Millot, Marquette. The white: Seyval Blanc, Solaris, Muscaris, Siegerrebe, Bianca, Hibernal, Johanniter. There are several varieties of dessert as well. |

The Jasiel vineyard was established in 2001 and has already received many recognitions in the region. At first, it was just a few ares of a backyard plantation, today it is already 2.5 hectares and still growing. That vineyard lays in a perfect habitat: soils with a unique juxtaposition of loess with layers of shale and marl, exerting considerable impact on the quality of the fruit, and consequently on the wine. Varieties grown include: Jutrzenka, Ortega, Muscat, Seyval Blanc as well as Rondo and Regent. The year 2005 was the time for the hosts to take a ground-breaking decision to purchase new land for planting. The future vineyard area, which is located near the first habitat, has been recognized by the owners as yet an undiscovered treasure, very valuable, but one that requires a time-consuming process. After five years of hard work and effort put into the formation of the vineyard in this area, in 2010, the first of the Subcarpathian vineyard terraces was established. Among the varieties grown there, the ones deserving special attention are: Johanniter, Siegerrebe, Solaris and Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Cortis, Regent. The area was developed as the perfect combination of ambient environment conducive to the development of oenotourism. A care was taken to reconstruct the once existing ponds, where now one can go fishing. The winery hosts tastings for individuals and groups, briefings on viticulture and wine production. Held also here is the sale of both their own seedlings and the imported ones. |

The Wiarus winery was founded in 2008, and consists of two parts, that is, a small backyard vineyard in Jedlicze and a more extensive one in the Męcinka district, on Jesionowa Street. On the area of 60 ares cultivated there are 1,800 units in 12 varieties of vine, i.e. Adalmiina, Aurora, Seyval Blanc, Jutrzenka, Prairie Star, Muscat Odessa, Swenson Red, Regent, Leon Millot, Frontenac, Heridan and Marechal Foch. It is quite unusual and one-of-a-kind, through its location, a vineyard. It consists of two sections, located close to each other on a plot 12 m wide and up to 850 m long, and for that much, strongly “undulating”. Right next door is a place for tents, known as the host of wild fields. An oasis of peace and tranquillity frequented by deers, pheasants, partridges, hares and even foxes. |

Description: |
It is the oldest professional vineyard in Poland, and the year of its founding – 1984 – has been recognized as the symbolic beginning of the contemporary domestic winemaking. Its founder is Roman Myśliwiec, a wine lover, whose hard work, in spite of the difficulties, full of sacrifices and dedication, demonstrated that you can successfully grow grapes and produce good quality wine grapes in Poland. Several years ago, the vineyard and the largest vine nursery in Poland was taken over by his son, Bartłomiej Myśliwiec; as for himself, he got involved in sharing his acquired wine knowledge, training and advisory services. Since its foundation, the Vineyard Golesz has been testing the varieties for their suitability to the cold Polish climate. Currently, on the area of 2.5 ha, cultivated are about 6000 vines, mainly the so-called complex hybrids. With a higher resistance, this variety best withstands the conditions of the Polish climate. The main focus of experimental works is on the winemaking varieties. Continued are also works on new varieties, of which the real hit has already proved Jutrzenka (Eng. the Dawn/Aurora).The vineyard’s specialty is liqueur wines. The first ever medal at an international competition for the Polish wine, and already the silver one, was awarded to the wine Elmer 2008 from the vineyard Golesz. Since then, only three years have passed, and the wines from this vineyard have won dozens of medals. |

Planted in 2006, the vineyard adapted well, giving the hosts a lot of joy. There are four varieties of vine growing here: Bianca and Hibernal for the white wine and Rondo and Regent for red. In the near future, the hosts want to fill another hectare with the varieties: Jutrzenka, Seyval Blanc and Muscat. The first wine of Spotkaniówka immediately won the hearts of tasters. In 2010, at the Muvina International Competition in Prešov, in Slovakia, the liqueur wine Hibernal 2009 got a double gold medal and, with the total score of 507 wines, it ended up on sixth place. Since that time, Spotkaniówka wines have regularly won medals. The Spotkaniówka Vineyard is definitely one of the most beautiful Subcarpathian vineyards, an ideal place to rest in the bosom of nature, with a glass of local wine in hand. Particularly impressive looks the acacia-wood pergola entwined with vine shoots and some very picturesque views of the vast valley of the Strzyżowsko-Dynowskie Foothills. There is an independent house with four beds for oenotourism, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom. The fenced and monitored area ensures a safe and peaceful stay. |

The Maria Anna Vineyard, named after the daughter of the owners, occupies 2 hectares; in the nearest future, it is planned to increase the area of cultivation. Among the varieties grown are, among others: Acolon, Regent, Cabernet Dorsa, Pinot Noir for white wine. Wine made from each of these varieties, produced in Maria Anna, can now be officially bought. This is one of the first in Poland, for long the only one Subcarpathian vineyard, whose owners, despite complex and hindering regulations concerned, decided to officially register the sale of wine. First prizes have already showered: in 2011, Brown medal for Muscat at the Galician Wine Competition, one year later, in the next edition of the competition, bronze medal for Acolon 2011 and silver for Regent 2011. The cellar, an enchanting tasting room, a restaurant and guest rooms are impressive. The local cuisine serves traditional Polish specialties, perfectly combining with the Maria Anna produced wines. On offer is also organizing corporate integration meetings and training sessions, conferences, banquets, parties and outdoor activities. Maria Anna tempts the oenotourism even in winter. In the area of the farm, during the winter time, a ski complex is open for skiing. In the nearby forest, the owner built some year-round cottages for tourists. |

The 50-are vineyard (over 1,500 vines) Łany was founded in 2007, and the owner, Bogdan Kasperek, thinking of it, prepared 3 terraces ranging from 10 to 20 ares below the house, on the south-west slope. From the north and east, it is shielded against cold winds by the forest groves. Among the varieties grown are: Regent, Marechal Foch, Acolon, Solaris, Jutrzenka, Seyval Blanc, Johanniter, Phoenix, Hibernal and Bianca. Right next to it is a small apiary, another passion of the owner of the vineyard. The visitors to Mr Kasperek’s farm, are impressed by the three-level wine cellar. The individual chambers, cascade-hollowed into the side of a mountain, take a total of over 100 square meters full of steel tanks and glass bottles. On welcoming the oenotourism, he offers a walking tour with them of his farm and talks about the secrets of winemaking and the vineyard, offers tastings of the wines, liqueurs and mead. You can also try the tastes like the honey "straight from the hive." |

After a few years, left there were only variations to ensure the survival and yield: Bianca, Seyval Blanc, Aurora, Siber, and Hibernal for white wines, and Leon Millot, Marechal Foch and Cascade for red wines. In 2010, he bought a 1,2 ha plot in Aleksandrów in Przeworsk. Grow there: Solaris, Hibernal, Palava, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Bianca, Seyval Blanc for white and Regent, Dornfelder, Cabernet Dorsa, Pinot Noir, Zweigeltrebe for red wine. In the future, a summer cottage is to be set up next to the vineyard with a gazebo and barbecue facilities, along with a viewing platform from which one will be able to enjoy the area within a radius of several kilometres. |

The central winery of the Steckich Family was founded in the village of Węgierka, 22 km from Jarosław. It is located on a picturesque slope of the Dynowskie Foothills. It takes up about half a hectare, the target is to be two times greater. Good location, the south-western slope sheltered from the winds from the north-east side by wild-growing bushes and trees. In the peace and quiet you can enjoy the beautiful views, rejoice in the ability to commune with nature and admire the vine plants growing in equal rows. Due to the harsh climate, the winemaker decided on the resistant varieties: Seyval Blanc, Muscat, Jutrzenka, Aurora, Bianca, Siber, Johanniter, Phoenix, Pinot Gris, Bacchus, Hibernal and Solaris. The red wine is made from: Marechal Foch, Leon Millot, Rondo, Regent, Pinot Noir precoce, Roesler. |
